A port sector consultant and chartered engineer with fourteen years of experience who has diversified her career from traditional port engineering roles to front-end port project appraisal services, advising port businesses, investors and lenders. At Drewry, Leticia works within the advisory division and is involved in port market studies, technical/commercial due diligence and strategy assignments for ports. As Drewry’s lead of Technical Advisory, she has a focus on technical risks, contracts, port capacity bottlenecks, and CAPEX/OPEX in the context of port M&A. Her technical experience complements her market experience, providing an integral view when advising port businesses on plans and strategies. Leticia has a wider transport and infrastructure background, having been engaged in water infrastructure, aviation, renewable energy projects, construction contracts, and dispute resolution. Prior to Drewry Leticia held roles at Arup (Transaction Advice Team- Port Sector) and Scott Wilson/URS (Ports and Maritime Engineering Team).
