Eng. Mohammad Al Dardasawi is a chief officer for the ports development and construction department at the Aqaba Development Corporation in Aqaba city. He has a vast experience in Ports planning and sustainable development, New ports and terminals implementation, Contracts procurement & management, Quality control & Quality assurance, and Environmental management in addition for master planning, trade and traffic forecasting, feasibility studies, design and identification of functional requirements.
He has implemented the most critical and top priority fast track ports development and construction projects, some with sensitive nature and special conditions. Implemented projects include the construction of Aqaba New Port project (3 phases), Liquefied Natural Gas terminal, Liquefied Petroleum Gas Terminal, marine services harbours, and other various ports development projects for a value exceeding 500 MJOD. Other projects are in the implementation phase including the development of Middle port, additional berth, and Iraqi Oil Export Terminal with an estimated value of 200 MJOD.
