From 2001, Soheila serves as Senior ICT Expert & project Manager in Ports & Maritime Org, Iran. She is responsible for; Implementing Pilot Internet Objects (IoT), Port and terminal IT systems, EA, BPM. As well as this,  Soheila also specializes in assessment and analysis of foreign proposals in the area of ​​Smart and digitalization of ports. Soheila has studied an M.Sc. in Information Technology Management at  Science & Research University of Tehran, Iran. Additionally, Soheila has been awarded several honourable awards, including; the IT Award for Ocean Dynamics (PMODynamics): Asia Pacific Council for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (AFACT)- in Iran, 2015, as well as the IT Award for Integrated Maritime Administration Sys. (IMAS): Asia Pacific Council for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (AFACT) – in Vietnam, 2013.
